2024-2025 School Year

Feb 3 - Incoming Freshman Night 5:30pm in the Performing Arts Center. This event is for incoming Freshmen, interested in hearing about honors classes and then elective tours and presentations.

Feb 5 - Late Start Day - school starts at 8:20am. Voting for our 2025 Winter Court candidates begins on Wed, Feb 5th and ends Feb 7th.

Feb 8 – JoCo Spelling Bee in the PAC 7am-5pm

Feb 12 - Late Start Day - school starts at 8:20am. Parent/Teacher Conferences 4:00pm-7:30pm in the Aux gym and Commons.

Feb 13 – No school for students. Parent/Teacher Conferences 9:30am-8:00pm -- there will be a dinner break for teachers from 4:30pm-5:30pm.

Feb 18 - WoCo Spirit Day - wear Pajamas

Feb 19 - Late Start Day - school starts at 8:20am. WoCo Spirit Day - wear pink (Pink out)

Feb 20 - WoCo Spirit Day - Sports Day (wear your favorite sports team swag). MV Next Steps post-secondary opportunities (Truman State Univ, Grand Canyon Univ, KCKCC, US Army, Univ of Missouri, Missouri State Univ)

Feb 21 - WoCo Spirit Day - match with someone and Twin! Classes on ASSEMBLY BELL SCHEDULE due to WOCO/State Champion Assembly during Seminar. The Winter Royalty King & Queen will be crowned during halftime of the boys' basketball game. Trivia Night after the Varsity game in the Commons: Trivia is back! Prizes and medals for the winning team. Doors open at 8:45, start time is approx 9:15pm. Students must arrive by 9:30pm to be allowed into the event. Tickets will be sold at lunch during WoCo week. $40/table- up to 8 players. No outside guests allowed.

Feb 25 - JUNIOR ACT Testing Day. All Juniors will be taking the ACT exam on February 25, 2025. The district has registered all Juniors from Mill Valley. Students will need to bring a calculator and two #2 pencils. Rosters will be posted outside the counseling office and in Junior English classrooms on Wednesday, February 12, for students to locate their testing room assignments.
