Head Coach: Daniel Dervin

This will be Coach Dervin's 4th year of coaching at Mill Valley and 14th year of coaching high school swim. He is a Special Education Teacher at Shawnee Mission West and has been married to his wonderful wife, Ann for 28 year. Coach Dervin is a father of five Mill Valley students including two current students and three graduates.

Assistant Coach: Elca Wagner

This will be Coach Wagner's 2nd year of coaching at Mill Valley. She has previously coached Middle School Basketball and Track. Coach Wagner is the Assistant Band Director at Mill Valley and teaches 5th grade band at Prairie Ridge Elementary School as well. While she has no children, she does have a husband, Phillip, who is the lead custodian at Horizon Elementary and two dogs - Miska and Ke'o.
